The COVID-19 pandemic impacted all our clients in different ways. Media flights were shifted to reflect new media consumption habits and messaging was updated to provide critical and timely information to the public. Many lessons were learned, the biggest one is the importance of health and wellness.

In March 2020, the pandemic forced a change in our advertising messaging. WW quickly paused our existing campaigns and pivoted to develop a new advertising campaign featuring VHC’s COVID-19 response. Within three weeks, they launched new creative about critical and timely health information for our community, announcing our Drive-Thru COVID-19 Sample site, increased availability of Telehealth Visits, and patient safety initiatives at the Hospital and provider offices. We were extremely impressed with how nimble and forward-thinking the team has been with their creative and digital-first response during a difficult time.close quote
